I’ve always had an issue with having conversations over the dating apps but irl or even calls.. there’s like a massive difference. Sometimes it even gets challenging to get swipes.. but again, irl I be getting my share of compliments.. having this toxic relationship with dating apps..

Is it happening only with me or do we have other applicants too?

This will be my first dog, and I’ve always felt a strong connection with Dobermans. I’m finally in a position where I can properly bring one home and give him the time, training, and attention he deserves.

I’m specifically leaning toward a Male European Doberman because I love their build, temperament, loyalty, and presence.

A few things I’d genuinely love advice on from people who own/have owned one:

What was the hardest part of raising a Doberman?

How much daily exercise do they really need?

Are they manageable for a first-time owner if trained properly?

Things you wish you knew before getting one?

How protective are they naturally?

I’m not looking for a “status dog” — I genuinely want a companion and I’m willing to put in the work for training and bonding. Also no EAR CROPPING WILL BE DONE

Would also love to hear your personal stories/photos of your Dobies.

I feel that it gets a little hard for one to communicate, make friends or even date when their personality doesn’t match from where they’re coming from. Stereotypical aspects has been implanted too much in us that it gets hard for others to see you communicate in a manner that does not match your religion..(kindly understand, I’m not getting the word). Basically when Visuals don’t match the Audio.

Help me look past this..?
