Longer SR streak makes public speaking easier

Wassup guys! On my now 110+ something days streak I realize that I am conciously and unconciously becoming more of the man I want to be. SR is like a booster towards unlocking the version of you that you want to become.

At my work we arrange big parties during Christmas time and Summer time where over 40+ co-workers attend. At both of these parties I was asked to hold a speech/make a toast. The first one was not on SR streak. I was nervous before the speech even though I had drank a good amounts of alcohol. When I started speaking I was nervous. My voice wasn't projecting as loud. People weren't reacting how I thought they would react. My mouth was also getting dry. I was looking down a lot. After this speech, some said it was good. But the majority of people said it was ''meh''.

Fast forward to yesterday. During this summer party. I was (to my surprise) asked to hold a speech again. Only difference this time being that I was 110-ish days into SR. I'm not kidding the difference is night and day. I felt no nervousness beforehand, nor during the speech. NONE. I instinctively waited a few seconds before speaking until it got completely quiet. I talked slow. I smiled and laughed. I looked the people in the eyes. My body language was naturally confident and lively. I varied between being sincere and heartfelt, to more playful and joking. People bursted out laughing. People nodded along. People felt. I was enjoying ''seeing'' myself talk up there. I also wished I could keep talking and keep on moving the crowd with my words and energy. Before I would rush through the speech because all the attention on me was too much to handle. But this time I enjoyed it. Not the attention itself, but the interaction between me and the crowd. We both fed of each other in a way. I could clearly tell that this time the crowd was enjoying me. And I them.

Right after the speech some of the boys dapped me up saying great speech. Girls came over and said that they almost cried because the speech was moving.

SR did not only eliminate anxiety and nervousness in everyday situations, but also in ''bigger'' situations where I would normally feel some discomfort.

On SR your mind becomes your ally

Hello brothers!

There are several benefits I've noticed during this streak and the benefits really do compound the longer I go. This a more subtle change I've noticed especially the last few weeks.

When I say your mind becomes your ally, first think back to your PMOing days or even the last time you relapsed. Did your mind not seem more chaotic, stressed, anxious and uncertain? Did your mind not tell you that you're not good enough, not as strong as you think you are, not worthy enough or in some way think negatively about life and your current circumstance? I know that's how my mind operates when I am in a state of PMOing. Not all the time, but for the most part my mind will be negative and self-defeating.

Now let's take a look at what I notice when I do a long streak of SR. Pure SR in mind and body. It starts slowly, then compounds as months stack up. At first I will have small doubts about myself, but the mind does something different now. My mind will actively, both consciously and unconcsciously take a different turn rather than burying myself further in doubt and insecurity. When presented with a difficult life situation, my mind will say ''Nah, that situation doesn't define me'', in rejection ''Nah, I'm still good. She just wasn't for me'' or someone 'outshining' you or getting a promotion that you feel you deserved. Instead of going the negative route, your mind will now support you. It will now say something along the lines of ''I am content with who I am, I shine in my own way. I now appreciate how this person has his own way of shining in the world''. On things not going your way; ''I might not even have enjoyed or felt aligned with the position and responsibilities that promotion entailed. The universe has better plans for me''. You get the gist.

This perspective. With the mind and body finally on the same team. Life feels magical and opportunities seem endless. Nothing really fazes me anymore. Every hurdle and bumbs along the way in this life journey get transformed immediatly into something positive or neutral. One becomes stoic by default. One becomes like a tree. Deeply rooted in life. Unmoved and unwavering by the storms of life.

PS.

I did not notice this change the first month or two. But nearing month 3, I started to notice this shift. Leave comment if you can relate. Comment if you've noticed some other powerful shifts in your self. Would to read it.

SR is stripping away my social anxiety and nervousness

Hello brothers!

Ever since I was a teenager and still into the end of my 20's I would often feel nervousness, feeling of being weird and socially anxious when I would converse with people. I would often feel like a burden and that I wasn't really someone worth talking to. I felt like I didn't bring anything to the table. I would talk as little as possible, smile and agree with everything someone said.

After going on a long SR streak I notice how my life changes upside down. I actually feel like I AM someone. I have a presence. I have an identity and personality. I feel like I bring a lot to the table in interactions. I am less stuck in my head and feeling awkward. I speak, I joke and I laugh a lot. I disagree a lot now. I stand up for my self and for what I DEEM to be right. I no longer look around the room to see what I ''should'' say or do. The source of my actions and words now come from within. Often times what I do and say is well received and people gravitate towards me. Other times it's ill received; me being to harsh, too direct and too disagreeable. Yet it doesn't faze me anymore. I actually love it since my younger self would do and say anything just to be liked and accepted.

I work at a hospital. In meetings I notice I view and treat the psychiatrist, doctor, psychologist and even my boss as my equal. I talk to them as I would a normal human being. I disagree when I disagree and joke when I want to.

I look people in the eyes. Conversations feel fluid now. I don't think much (if at all) and just let words naturally fall out of my mouth. I often find myself fascinated by myself in social setting and talking to people. I'll be thinking ''Wow, how am I speaking like this and being this slick?''.

I notice people gather around me now. I make people laugh. I am quickly becoming popular in any social setting I happen to be at. Whether it's at the workplace, gym and local places.

SR is guiding me towards embracing who I am. For the first time in many years I feel good about expressing and showing the world who I am. SR is truly the best self-love practice a man can do.

Increase in luck on SR is real

Hello brothers!

Many of us that retain for a while notice this phenomenon of being luckier than before. Things and situations simply landing on our lap. Sometimes difficult situations or when things could go wrong, they luckily just work out in your favor.

I've been noticing this more and more the longer my streak gets (currently day 80ish). I'll be getting the last available item that I needed, I'll win prizes/contest by pure luck etc.

Yesterday at my MMA gym I misplaced my phone on a sofa at the entrance where everyone walks in and out. I went worked out for 2 hours. When finishing up I searched for my phone in my bag and couldn't find it. I somehow knew I had forgotten it on the sofa. I had a calm feeling of ''It'll be all right. I will find it''. Went to the sofa, it wasn't there. Looked over the front desk at the entrance, and there it was! I felt relief, yet was not that shocked.

What are some situations you guys have noticed about increased luck?

Telepathy and psychic abilities on SR

Hello Brothers!

Currently 2+months on pure retention.

I had a bit too many experiences the last few weeks which I wanted to share with you guys. For some encouragement, but also to hear back from your experience on this as well. So please leave a comment.

DREAMS

So I've noticed that I'll dream a lot more (or remember them more at least) and VIVIDLY. But that's not it. In those dreams I very often dream of people that I have not been with or talked to in a long time. Where when I wake up, I'll see them later during the day. Or like yesterday I dreamt of a work collegue who I don't talk to very often, maybe once a month or 2 at work. When I woke up I had received a message from this collegue.

The dreams don't necceserally play out how the situation will happen irl, but I'll dream of the people which I'll encounter. And the other way around. When I know I'll be seeing someone the next day, I will also dream of them.

FORESIGHT/TELEPATHY

This one is so cool and fun when it happens. I will be talking to someone and I'll get this intense thought or a will to say a phrase or do an action. A few second later the other person will say or do they exact same thing I was thinking If I don't do it fast enough.

On vacation in Spain I was talking to this local salesman about purchasing some Argentina kit. It was such a nice exchange and we talked a bit about football. When leaving I got this feeling of ''I should fistbump this guy'', but didn't and as I was leaving he pulled out a fistbump.

The deeper I go into SR, the more my senses and abilities seem to enhance. I feel more in touch with myself and the world around me.

Some underrated SR benefits

Hello brothers!

I am nearing 2 months on this SR streak. Here are some lowkey benefits I've noticed besides the big ones like female attraction, energy etc.

1.Genuinely enjoy socializing

I seem to appreciate and prefer conversing and hanging around other people when I'm out and about or at work. Before I would try to avoid people at work so I could sit and vibe by my self. Now I'll seek people out to banter with and talk to.

2.Constant progression in the gym

My strength gains have never been this progressive and linear. I am making incredible strength leaps in all my workouts. I am at my strongest ever. This is hugely due to SR IMO.

3.Becoming more of an initiator

On SR streaks I notice that I become more a initiator and action taker. I now take initiative to host parties, hang out with friends to play some billiards or plan trips and travel with friends. This makes people look at me like I am popular for some reason. I also get to know a lot of new people this way. Some call this lifemaxxing. And there really is something magical to just living life and doing the most with the time we got on this earth. On SR I get this urge to experience life with other people. I can no longer just sit around and wait for that invite or wait for something to happen. Nothing happens, unless I make it happen.

4.Main character

The longer I go on SR, the more I feel like the main character of my life. As one should feel. On SR you just flow. One is authentic, raw and pure. Sometimes I feel like watching this character called ''me'' just unfolding and I am amazed by how increadible this ''I'' am on SR streaks. I let go of trying to control life, myself and am less in my head. I just am. All types of anxiety seems to disappear.

5.Wild and vivid dreams

This benefit has made me look forward to going to bed every night. I never know what will be shown. Sometimes it's a wholesome, childhood dream. Other times it's more sexual and romantic. And sometimes it's somewhat profetic. I'll dream of people I in a few days meet or hang out with.

6.Desperation gone

There is no desperation for women, material things or situations anymore. I know I am heading towards the best life I can live for my self and that life/universe is aiding me towards this. If a girl I like doesn't like me back, it's not a problem any longer. I can quickly let go now. Before I would be stuck in my head and want this person even more (probably some childhood trauma shit). I am content with myself and my life, while simultanously improving every aspect of my life.

7.Life/universe is on my side

As the streak stacks. There is this innate and tangible sense of some power. A power you don't feel when PMOing. There is this sense of being taken care of and guided. A warm cloak of ''It's all going to be allright''. As if the universe has got your back. No matter what happens.

Can't wait to see what more is in store for us retainers. Keep going brothers. A release is never worth the sheer amount of happiness, power and self-love you feel on SR.

Losing libido during SR. My experience

Hello brothers.

Before this streak of 50-something days I used to have raging boners (probably lust induced) during the morning and also sometimes randomly throughout my days.

In the course of my streak I felt like my dick went dead and limp. It wouldn't get hard at all and look like a dead little shrimp. Although my balls were filling up nicely, my dick had went into hibernation. Even when presented with a girl that wanted to sleep with me, I couldn't get it up.

It wasn't until day 50 I started waking up in the middle of the night and feeling my dick rock hard. Then hard again when I woke up in the morning. Felt so good to have my mate back. Was worried I wouldn't get him back. The feeling of waking up with a rock hard and grinding against the bed a bit before you wake up is peak male experience.

My experience and message is to be patient and trust your body and brain. When libido drops during SR it is for a good reason. Nothing to worry about. As long as you are working out, sleeping well and eating good food your little mate will come back stronger and harder than ever.

Had my wildest SR female attraction experience on day 50

Hello brothers!

I'm around 52 days in on SR this streak and wanted to share a wild experience of female attraction phenomenon last weekend. If you don't care about or don't condone talking about females and female attraction, then get the fuck out of this post right now.

Before this streak I ended my streaks by having sex with girls I met going out drinking. Found out that it wasn't really that enjoyable and nourishing for me, I decided to keep my streak clean until I find a woman I deem worthy to release with or sleep with without ejaculating.

The story of 13th of June:

I hosted a party at my house for my co-workers and a few mates. Whenever I have plans for going out for party I start priming my day early in the day for the night to come. I'll smile to people. Say hi to strangers etc. To get the ball rolling. The entire day I have this feeling of ease within me. It's a sunny day, people smiling at me etc.

The evening comes and some of my mates start showing up at my crib whilst I'm getting ready in the shower. I'm blasting some deep house mixes while I'm getting ready. I hear people laughing and talking in the living room. I come out, looking fresh and start talking with people. At this point I feel no anxiety. Previously I would be a little weary and thinking a bit too much in social settings, but this time I felt completely empty in a good way. I would say and respond naturally and beautifully.

Girls started showing up. One my female coworkers sat beside me was yearning for conversation with and using every opportunity to flirt with me and touch me. I wasn't interested though so I just kept the conversation fun, not flirty. We have some drinking games where I am the one who is speaking. I naturally say funny shit while hosting this drinking game. People laughing both with and at me I think. But I enjoy it and laugh at myself as well. Good vibes the entire night. I feel so at ease within me.

If I had to describe the vibes I was giving of: chill, funny, not-serious, calm, social, authentic and un-afraid.

We go out to the usual club. I am not drunk and feel pretty sober even though I've had a good amount of drinks. Don't know if this is due to SR, but I feel like I notice every little detail. Especially the covert cues of interest that women give. At the club at first I don't receive that much attraction cues. So I am sitting with my mates and talking and bantering while we wait for more drinks. After a while a bunch of girls come to our spot with a gay guy I know from work. The girls that are with him start eye-fucking me and giggling. I kid you not. These 3 girls that I don't know all start fighting for my attention. One of them (chopped) starts verbally telling me to meet her in the meeting-room at work next time for some fun time. Another one gets jealous and starts calling me PIMP, yet keeps sitting close to me and eye-fucking me. The third one who is the prettiest was really on my shit. Grabbing and holding my hand and staring me dead in the eyes with ''fuck-me-eyes''. Another 4th girl that I've said hi to before joins us as well. She too was keen and starts lingering beside me. 2 girls from my original party start hovering and holding me. One of them kissing my cheeks even though she has a boyfriend. I feel very overwhelmed but feeling like a King at this point. The beautiful bartender girl is seeing this and her eyes seem to be locked in on me as well even though she is serving others.

I leave the club with a girl on each side. With 2-3 girls following behind me. I kid you not. I know this sounds like it's from a movie scene or something but it was exactly like that. My mates start laughing and say I am such a PIMP. At this point I wanted to go home alone and go to bed. I didn't feel like having sex because of all that had happened this night. All the attraction was enough nourishment for me. These 2 girls holding my hands didn't wanna let me go home alone. They were quite literally begging to let them come home with me for threesome. I got offered threesome and I turned it down. These were not some trashy, easy women. They were beautiful, blonde, scandinavian girls. I said I'll take their snapchat and that we could do this another night and went home alone. They were gutted. I felt some guilt for turning them down, as before I would have accepted whomever to sleep with as long they wanted me. This time I stayed true to my self and said no. Felt good.

I have done long streaks of SR before. Never have I experienced this level of attraction before. SR is real guys. This attraction benefit is just a small part of the other amazing benefits I've received during this streak.

FYI. The female attraction I have received during this streak has not been linear. Before this night out there were almost 2-3 weeks of no noticable female attraction. So be patient on SR. All comes when its meant to.

Just to add some info about me: Im soon to be 30-years old. Work out with weights and MMA. I try to max out my looks. Dress nicely and take good care of my hygiene.

TLDR: Insane amount of female attention during night out. Got offered threesome for the first time in my life, declined the offer.

Sometimes We Overlook The Huge Semen Retention Benefits

Hello Brothers!

I've noticed that after retaining for a while I seem to overlook some of the biggest benefits that SR gives. I was just reflecting over this and came to think of this huge benefit I've had that I simply had forgotten about. As we keep going on retention streak the benefits become ''normal'' or a part of who we are. I find it helpful to remind oneself of how far one has come and which challenges one has overcome.

The big one for me was overthinking and social anxiety (although I never thought I had this) in social settings. When I think back to releasing days. I would enter work meetings, shopping malls or other social gatherings and would often be in my head and hyper-aware of my body language. This would stunt me, and I would often keep quiet. When I wanted to say something I would hesitate to speak up. Feeling awkward, thinking 'what if I sound weird' or 'what if I don't get heard' or 'what if somebody speaks over me'. So I wouldn't express myself. I was constantly scanning and thinking about how I'm being perceived.

This changes drastically when I do 1+ month of retention (closing 2 months now). It is so fucking liberating to enter any room and feel my inner self just flowing outwards into the world so freely and authentically. I will say the joke that comes up in my mind, I will disagree and laugh freely now.

The awareness of my body is still there, but has shifted from anxiety to calmness and groundedness. I feel like a film projector. Whilst before I would be thinking if I should turn this projector on or off, leaving me paralyzed. I now feel like a film projector that is constantly going if you will. Projecting my inner self without any fear or judgement. Some will call this confidence (and it is), but it FEELS more like a satisfaction and acceptance of who one is. Therefore caring and thinking less about how one is perceived.

If you can relate or perphaps you've got other benefits that are easily overlooked. Please do share in your own words! Would love to read.

Increasing Masculinity with Retention and Martial Art

Hello Brothers!

You've all probably have noticed that as they weeks keep stacking on. No matter what else is going on in your life, the seed that keeps building in your balls keeps on building this masculine essence in you.

If your primary goal with retention spirituality, then this post may not appeal to you. This is more for the ones who strive to become a masculine man with vigor, vitality and wants to take the world on with your huge balls. Although spirituality will automatically follow retention.

I've noticed that as weeks and months keep stacking up. I become more manly; voice gets deeper, thicker hair, more muscle, upright posture, confidence, aggression and a drive to become the best version of my self. If you're already working out, eating clean and taking care of yourself, yet wanting to add another layer to your life. This will increase all the said 'benefits'. This is the cherry on top.

Implementing some form of martial arts. 6 months ago I took a ''try-out-week'' at my local gym for MMA and Jiu-Jitsu (No-Gi) classes. I was hesitant to keep going during the first weeks/months. Because of how fatiguing and scary it was. But I kept showing up even though I didn't always want to and some days I was afraid of getting hurt/feeling pain. Now 6 months later MMA and No-Gi are a part of who I am. Being a fighter is now a part of my identity.

Training martial arts on top of doing retention unlocks a Super Saiyan version of yourself. It has eliminated all forms of fear of confrontation with men and women alike. I believe I had and many men still have a deep fear of arguments escalating to a physical altercation, and thus back down and become timid with other people. But as you train a martial art you become well accustumed to physical contact, feeling your own aggression and rage, also the aggression of another male. It's fight back or be defeated.

Ever since doing martial arts I paradoxically feel much more calm and confident in my body. In heated discussions and when other men threathen me, I feel much calmer and de-escalate situations much better without feeling like a pussy. A part of me feels comfortable and ready to take things to a physical match with anybody, althought I don't want this to happen. I believe others can sense this and thus often back down, or don't take things too far with me. I will add that I am a very kind, loving and empathetic person. I say this to make it clear that martial arts isn't necessarily for the ''tough guys''.

If you've been on the fence about trying a martial art or been fascinated by the idea. This is your call to try it out, but keep going for months before you decide it's not for you.

I strongly believe that every man SHOULD be doing some form of martial art, whether its once a week or every other week. It releases tension, aggression and builds commaradery with your fellow sparring partners. The fighting community is such a wholesome, tough and brotherly place to be. You will feel like a kid again, while also feeling like a man in the same.

TLDR: Start doing some form of martial art to become a Super Saiyan!

Better at reading intentions and body-language

Hello brothers!

I've noticed this phenomenon when I am 1 month+ on a streak.

It's not only that I can read the physical body position and postures of other people better, it's almost like a energetic or internal tell I get from looking at someone. I can tell whether someone is wanting to come closer to me (attracted) or whether they are attracted, but are trying to hide it. I can see it all now. Some people I can instantly tell do not want anything to do with me.

It's quite fun seeing girls at the gym acting like they don't see me, yet something in me sees very clearly what is going on. It's like their body can try to lie, but their energy cannot.

I will be working out not looking at anybody and get a sense that somebody is checking me out. I'll randomly look up and see girls staring. And they will keep the stare until I look away.

Anyone else relate to this?

Real benefits of retaining 1-2 months

Hello brothers!

Hope this encourages you and gives you some fuel to keep going on this journey.

I am almost 2 months in on this retention streak. Here are some of the visible benefits I've noticed.

PHYSIQUE: My physique looks insane. I often scream at myself looking in the mirror like ''WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS''. As the physique looks insane. No changes to my work-outs or diets. Progressive overload and eating nutritious-dense meals.

SOCIAL: I feel no anxiety talking to anybody. People crave my energy and I am often surrounded by people whether it's at work or out at parties.

AGGRESSION: Me previously being a people-pleaser and very timid. On retention I do not take any shit from anybody and am very dissagreeable. I don't tolerate disrespect or passive-aggressiveness from people. I call them out. The other day there was this old man with an attitude and ''belitteling'' me for parking my scooter in a ''private'' part of a sidewalk. I was about to apologize and move the scooter without hesitation until something just turned inside of me. I stopped and looked the old man in the eyes. He was fuming, skin was red and his neck veins popping. I took a second and told him ''listen, drop the attitude and ask me nicely''. I feel like a was the grown up in this situation as I told him that we are both adults and we can talk in a respectful manner. He was still mad, but managed to put on a smile and he then said ''can you PLEASE move it''. I did. Feeling this fire was so great. I felt like a actual man with balls, not a boy.

ATTRACTION: I work at a hospital. I'm not a stranger to compliments or attention. But on retention it's on a whole new level. I even had a male patient tell my collegue that he is unsure of his sexual orientation because of how good I look. Other patients keep telling me I am very good looking. The women at work, including my female boss are more touchy and will randomly hug me. Girls seem to stand and sit a lot closer to me.

ENERGY: I have endless energy now. Before retention I would get the midday crash, but I don't get them anymore. I keep going without naps the entire day.

DREAMS: I have a lot more dreams. The dreams are also more vivid and memorable. Had a few sexual dreams lately, but not wet-dreams as I tend to remember to retain in my dreams.

Be well and strong fellow brothers. Keep going one day at a time. We are growing stronger each day together.

SR healed my stubborn injury

Hello brothers!

Gonna share this quick story of encouragement as we all one day will experience a form of injury.

In 2022 while living abroad in Australia I first had a streak of semen retention for weeks and up to a month. After a while I started having a lot of sex with a girl. Every single day. One day I had a freak accident where I broke my big toe. It was crooked all the way to the side.

Mind you, during the retention time in Australia I was at my peak physically and strenght-wise. Working out 5 days a week and making good progress. Besides the few weeks I had to take off due to the toe injury. When I came back home I started retaining and continued working out hard and progressing. While a few weeks on retention I started having frequent sex with one of the hottest girls I've ever been with (my later girlfriend, now ex). We would fuck 2-3 times a day with me cumming each time. Well.. a few weeks of this and my shoulder started fucking hurting when doing pressing exercises. I had had this before so I thought to take a few weeks or a month off working out and it should be good. Not this time.

This stubborn shoulder injury was like nothing before. It wouldn't give. After months off working out I started physical therapy, hanging on a bar and strenghtening rotator cuffs to no avail. Mind you, me and this girl now were in a relationship and fucking a lot still.

It took me 1,5 years before I came about semen retention content again and started retaining while in a relationship. The relationship quickly ended due to different visions for the future. After retaining for 1-2 months and working out with light weight the shoulder pain started to diminish. After a while it was completely gone.

Now I am at my strongest ever in all exercises. New peak.
