Uber offered a bundle of joy to show their appreciation

Wtf kind of offer is this? Then had the nerve to “sweeten” the deal with a whopping $4.93 reservation fee. Anyone in this market knows this is routed in and around the densest area of town with the most traffic in the morning, especially with school now in session. 160 ESTIMATED minutes to cover 26 ESTIMATED miles (not including the initial ride to pick up #1) AND assuming no detours or re-routes due to construction or accidents. Comes out to $11/hr BEFORE depreciation, hidden tolls, gas, wear and tear, etc. Wild stuff 🫠

Pretty sure that’s how it works.

Only a few brain cells lost this morning, but at least a good laugh 😆 How would y’all have responded?

It even includes the tip! 🤩

In what world does someone accept this? In what world is this even remotely okay?🥲

Violence is not the answer..

But it should be… also took 59% last week. Empower is growing so thankfully it balances these ridiculous offers out over the day.

Nationwide walkout.

Serious question: What will it actually take to do a nationwide walkout on Uber to get some changes made that actually BENEFIT the driver? It just seems like this app gets worse and worse by the day and they find every way to screw us, the rider, and celebrate on their high horse. I get big business, maximize profits. Not hating the player here I’m hating the game, but really what does it take to make something shake? Violence is not an option lol

Lol these just get worse and worse I swear….

Literally took one almost same price 75% less time immediately after. Wild stuff.
