If you have land in an industrial area that you leased to them, please share your story i would like to listen and learn.

Here are the basic questions:

How much do you get monthly for giving it for lease?

For how many years you have given your land for lease?

Do you hike the lease price? If yes, for how many years after you hike the lease?

How many acres have you given for lease?

What is one advice you can give me to stay aware when giving land for lease?

Hello everyone,

I have a land in rajasthan near 4 lane highway

And it's full of industrial area mainly granite and tiles. So you can say that my land is in a tiles hub

I would like to say the district name is jalore

The land is about 5 acres and the land location is near the highway with internal road of 1 km

So if I give my land(5 Acres) to lease to a tiles/granite manufacturer, these both are mainly factories near my land so that's why I added these names, how much monthly I can get do you have any idea based on your knowledge...
