Help! Something is wrong with my plants!

Can anybody tell me what’s going on with my plants? I have a snake plant, philodendron, and algaonema. I recently repotted the snake plants. These plants get indirect sunlight, a couple of weeks ago I changed the direction of my blinds because I felt like they were getting too much sun. I watered the snake plants after about a week after repotting. The others are growing in water. I used an organic succulent mix for the snake plants when I repotted them. I also did recently give them a liquid fertilizing as well.
