How well does ibogaine work for concussion/TBI?

I've gotten a few DM's from others in this sub that lauded the gains ibogaine helped them make for TBI. I wanted to post this and ask more widely about the experience of others in this sub; has ibogaine helped you or someone you know? What improved and to what extent?

Thanks!

Broken RPFM with new update

Has anyone else had their RPFM broken since the new update? There's a menu setting where the global environment used to be, it crashes every time it loads, and when it does load it can't find the schemas for any of the games I'm trying to mod. Has anyone else encountered this and if so has anyone found any solution to any of the above issues?

persistent cognitive issues post multiple concussion, will they resolve and what helps?

I want to start off by saying that I've had a pretty unlucky couple of years as far as head injuries go. Last summer 2025, I got 3 concussions back-to-back during contact sports because I didn't know how long I was supposed to wait until I could go back to activity. Suffice to say, I quit contact sports that summer, and I began going to a specialized concussion clinic. I was doing pretty well with my recovery for 6.5 months, until I fell off a structure during work last January 2026, and it plunged me into the depths of concussion hell. Granted, I didn't fall very far, I was dangling off of the structure about a meter off the ground, but I was wearing 20 pounds worth of kit when I fell on my back. My initial symptoms were extremely severe, and I went to the ER/urgent care several times due to the acute severity of my condition. I had big problems talking, writing, understanding language, etc. My processing speed was absolutely in the trash, and although I managed to complete my coursework that semester for my program with extended accommodations, I was unable to finish my master's thesis in time and am currently extending my degree in order to do so.

I'm 4.5 months out post my last injury, and things have gotten significantly better. I'm in a weird position where I have absolutely no somatic symptoms. I am, however, still struggling cognitively with slow processing speed, wordfinding, cognitive flexibility, cognitive endurance, short-term memory, and executive functioning. I'm waiting to get coverage through my employer for occupational therapy and a speech-language pathologist, but in the meantime, I wanted to ask, especially if there's anyone here whose been in a similar circumstance as I, what things have substantially helped them improve in the cognitive domain. Has anyone here fully been able to rehabilitate their cognitive functions?

Edit: I'm also kind of worried about whether or not I will fully get my cognitive function back, especially after the number and severity of injuries I've experienced, how's everyone else's experience been?

Any safe, recommended ibogaine clinics for TBI?

I suffered a series of bad head injuries a while ago, and although I'm pursuing a normal path of recovery as generally advised by my concussion specialist, I am still keeping ibogaine treatment for TBI at the back of my mind. Does anyone have experience with an ibogaine clinic they'd recommend for TBI, or has been treated at one that also does TBI?

If so, please PM me
