Where to buy a decent leather jacket?

So I've been updating my wardrobe and something id really like to buy is a really decent good quality leather jacket.

Im a male, small to medium. Generally a 95 on upper body.

I've been looking online and come to the conclusion that this is an in person sort of thing to buy unlike other cheaper bits.

The main thing is I am very particular about the appearance and colour shade. I want something quite minimalist and I strongky want this specific medium shade of brown (when black is more common and easily found in korea).

Often online images can be deceiving. Or the shades end up being more down brown coffee colour or beige which i dont want. And again, if im gonna spend a large amount on a coat I want it ti be exactly what I want and a good fit.

Does anyone have any idea about some specific areas or shops in seoul where I could find something like this? And a ball park figure on what it'll cost?

Minimum wage for teachers for 2027

Just a short post but im sure its valuable to a lot of you here.

2 years ago I started a new job. I worked less than 20 hours per week and my boss wanted to pay me only 2,000,000₩ plus housing. However the national minimum wahe was 2,096,000.

The immigration office said they refused to approve the E2 visa to my boss unless she paid 2.1, which dhe did.

Many of you may not know this, but E2 visas require the natiobal minimum wage for a full time 45 hour per week job regardless of your working hours!

There has been a decent pay rise announced for 2027. Every single job contract which extends into 2027 must now pay the new minimum wage. If the boss doesnt want to, show the immigration officer at your appointment. If you directly point out your contract and the new minimum wage they will contact your boss and demand its changed.

They might not do it unless you point it out to them, but this is really useful knowledge for anyone else working a low hours job or just low wage generally. The minimum wages for the last few years are as follows.

2021 - 1,822,480₩

2022 - 1,914,440₩

2023 - 2,010,580

2024 - 2,060,740

2025 - 2,096,270

2026 - 2,156,880

2027 - 2,236,000₩

So please keep in mind everybody. The nrw legal minimum wage, for all intensive purposes, is now 2,250,000₩. Nobody at all should be paid less than this. Arm yourself with this knowledge as it may be used to some of you noobie teachers accepting 25 - 30 hours per weep jobs where 2.1 used to be normal.

We were pushing this compound and killed this guys girlfriend. Confirmed female, heard her voice in game chat. The guy went mental. He ran into the building and my friend followed. He was being all sneaky to try not be seen and turned around for 5 frames of pure horror.

Guy killed me too whole the friend was hysterically crying and laughing from what had just happened. Both killed with the same sword.

Bet bros girlfriend was proud. Hope you all get a giggle from this.
