Now i am currently graduating in physics. I am desperate for Phd. I know it's not too much easy as we think. But in future the world will be fully digital and updated. To survive in this digital world, what are the most important skill i should learn?

Some people feel like they have no one to talk no one to share and trust. But they want someone, to be close to him/her. They can talk, share support. But in nature it's hard to find the right one in right time. So bow to handle this feelings, how to self dependent when no one here to support them?
I am a physics student and willing to attend JEST in 2027 in india. Give me advice to crack it. And does a student join integrated Phd. with IIT JAM in iisc Bangalore?
