Please stop the “where’s my package”. Just because the app or website hasn’t updated any movement since 5 minutes ago when you checked doesn’t mean it lost. In almost every case, there’s little to no movement in the middle of the day and on weekends. Just because you dropped a box off at 9am doesn’t mean your package is moving toward its destination by 9:15am. Most centers don’t start a sort till early evening. Most boxes won’t start moving to their destination till sometime in the evening. Most centers and hubs only sort and move boxes in the mornings and late at night.
And please be patient with ALL shipping companies this week. This is the week before Mother’s Day and it’s really as crazy if not more than Christmas. Package volume is cranked up and less people to move because of time off which you can’t have during Christmas peek. As a matter of fact , drivers intentionally take this week off to avoid the craziness.
