Wiitness the morning light gently waking up the layers of this stunning Double Delight, a masterpiece of cream and crimson blooming where every petal tells a story of elegance in my beautiful garden.

Planting this tree tobacco was the best idea to keep the hammers coming every 30 min. Along with lavenders, assorted salvia, ivy perlargonium and other trumpet shaped flowers ivy container garden js a year-round attraction. Mostly female and juvenile selasphorus sasin with regular visits from Calypte anna, also mostly females and juveniles. There are other species of hummingbirds present for sure but in my specific urban area those are the only two over noticed.

I'm almost positive it is the famous Julia Child

One of my propagates bloomed it's first blossom. For it being it's first it's large, a good 4inch. And the color is definitely more purple than pink. Not sure why I couldn't capture it properly with the phone camera. All that white that seems like highlights is actually white gradient. None of my other purples is this beautiful hybrid tea form. So definitely not a propagate from my own plants but based on my online searches and comparison the closest match seems to be Neptune. Just need visual confirmation from those who own it
