I have a canon r6 mrk ii and i have two canon batteries and they are both appearing as counterfeit. I’ve updated my camera and still no fix. Does anyone know how i can fix it?

I’ve been wanting to get an iPad so I can edit when I travel I just don’t which one I should get my budget is $1000 but would rather save money for other things
