Hi all, wondering if this rattling noise is normal. For me, it did not sound like that before, bit I am not entirely sure, maybe my mind is tricking me.

These engines are prone to chain tensioner issues, so I am wondering if the time has come to have it changed or not.

Just had new breaking pads on my 2019 outback done at my local Subaru workshop. Noticed these metallic clips sticking out on the front wheels (it looks the same on the other side). I don’t think it was like that before. Is this normal?
