Guess what? DDG is blocked already, but for Chinese IP address (TCB desync technique to bypass the block), it only return Chinese state-sponsered source for searching tankman. I suspect DDG pass the visitor IP address or region to the Bing backend so I got such results.
I am trying to access my.mystnodes.com with Proton VPN WireGuard server but Chromium told my ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.
With manual DNS lookup I found that Proton's default DNS seems to be blocking this domain.

This one is about chat.zi.ai being blocked and I can confirm it's still blocked now. The post was deleted for unknown reason but Google"s cache showed that the OP shared dig result. And I looked up myself, too.

Looks like it's already unblocked.
I cannot find any other information about this "Proton DNSBL/1b". Actually, both chat.z.ai and my.mystnodes.com are not any malicious domain. The prior is a Chinese LLM website, the later is a P2P VPN's management site. Why does Proton block them? And what is 0x0.st and why it's blocked and then unblocked? Who is in control of this blocklist? How many and which websites is Proton VPN be blocking?
