Contractual ako for almost over a year na, and it feels like i am not growing in my career. I expected so much to learn in tertiary public hosp, pero parang wala akong natutunan. Like nurses are not heard or opinions ng mga nurses don’t matter, and even MDs dont know what they are doing,so….I applied sa PGH and PHC para maiba environment and you know mas magandang training for growth sa career. What do you think?
