How can Krav help to not freeze when someone is shouting, aggressive etc?

Sorry if this is a super obvious question, but I recently started Krav. There is a guy who lives on my street who can be very aggressive, and I notice I can feel myself freezing just from hearing that. Obviously I'd like to not feel that way.

So far the training has been learning moves with some light sparring.

Does Krav help one habituate to that kind of thing, and if so is shouting etc typically included in training/grading?

Insane desire to know what this shirt worn by Michael Palin in 1989 was.

Palin is a stylish chap, to the extent that the wonderful Jakes shirts of London have made their own version of this shirt worn by the man himself in 1989's 'Around the World in 80 Days'. But I am curious as to what the original shirt was. How would one do detective work on this? Surely there must be people such as those who make costumes for TV and film out there who research exactly this kind of thing.

I realise this is an insane desire, and the origins of the shirt are almost certainly lost to time, but any thoughts, ideas?

You too can own (almost) the same shirt as Michael Palin.

Not cheap, mind. But then it's handmade in London. I have no connection to these guys and am not telling you to buy anything.

I do like that someone has paid an almost insane level of attention to the style of Palin post Monty Python.

I assume they were destroyed to maintain the 'you had to be there exclusivity.

I was there and didn't get one due to them being £40 and it being so hot in London that day that my brain literally wouldn't enough to negotiate buying a t shirt.

Hi. I'm new to Krav Maga, joined a local class. The first lesson was great, great friendly training partner, very encouraging.

The second... not so much. My training partner was, like me, a white middle aged man. When we were talking about my neighbourhood, he told me "there are too many black faces there". I was pretty shocked, I didn't say anything at the time- I'm coming to this for confidence, don't expect to have to challenge this shit in this space.

Plus he was in terrible shape, constantly wanting a break. And he was wearing a top that said 'instructor' on!

The main trainer is not white, and his website claims the class is a welcoming space.

What do I do? Go back and not say anything? Let the head instructor know? Just leave?
