Hey there, I'm a 16 YO Male, Fapping has caused me severe depression, And I have a question for those who successfully quit or at least made it to a high streak : will the feeling of joy ever come back ? I mean, can you feel pure happiness just like the feeling when you were kids ? Does nostalgia hit as strong as before, and do you feel like life is actually worth it? And how many days did it take to feel like that?
