Spurs fans?!
Any other bitches love the spurs?! I know the knicks are all the rage but wondering if anyone has any recommendations on a good bar to meet fellow spurs fans!

I’ve been a nanny for quite some time but with the let’s say “fanciest” family I’ve been with. Previously I’ve always worn athletic wear and crocs in the summer but I want to class it up a bit - for reference I am plus size so I’m worried sleeveless and shorts won’t look professional but maybe that’s my insecurities. I’m in nyc so lots of walking and schlepping the stroller but in the winter I would wear jeans and a sweater swapping the occasional yoga pant or matching sweatsuit. Would love perspective from nanny’s and employers!!

Hi!! Me and 3 other girls rent an apartment in Manhattan for 7800 total. It is not a rent stabilized apartment. We had some issues within the last 2 months that resulted in us calling 311 and our building received several violations. Shortly after we get our yearly rent renewal with raising rent from 7800 -> 8600. We have emailed them multiple times trying to negotiate and they only reply saying the price is firm. Multiple other neighbors received increases (not as much as us) but were able to negotiate down to only a $200 raise. I know since it is not rent stabilized it doesn’t matter that it’s over a 10% raise. The lack of communication and negotiating feels extremely retaliatory due to the fact we called 311. Can anyone give me any advice on if I even have grounds to stand on???
