Looking for a halter or bridle that fits them!!

My male cat who has been neutered gets extremely aggressive when i stop playing with him or when he wants to play. he bites and puts his claws in my arm or leg and dont let go even when i hiss or remove him. it gets too a point my muscles expand from the pressure after and i cry (im always in pain and dont cry often so its very painful). we have got him tons of automatic toys but he doesnt like playing by himself and he is super energetic so i cant always play with him
