ATT/DirectTV bill was $650

Yes, I was on an international cruise and got tricked, I guess, but I called 611 before leaving and the rep said it would only be $12 a day. I've been on the phone with ATT for hours with no help at all. What's the easiest and cheapest way to switch carriers? For TV, internet and cell? I can't reward this bad behavior by continuing to be their customer. Verizon? T Mobile?

thanks everyone in advance

Besides the back that it started pilling as soon as we bought it. Since the couch can't go against a wall in the space, if feels like it's floating but not in a good way? I'm thinking we need something with legs, or larger? Hate the way the back of couch looks when we enter the room. TIA!
