Knowing what peptide is best

So I managed to pull my lower back on Thursday and it’s been very painful ever since even to the point where sitting is painful, it wasn’t a heavy weight or anything just picked something up wrong and it felt sharp and all down hill from there.
I’m on T 100mg/week and reta 4mg/week
I just wanted to know if there is a peptide that could help with the recovery to speed it up and can be taken with the other 2 things I’m on
Thank you

Feeling confused

So I just had a guy at the gym rip me apart for taking Reta I’m on 4mg per week and it’s going well I have been on my loss journey for 2 months but been taking Reta for 1 month and in those 2 months I have gone from 138.7 kg down to 123.4 kg and it feels good but eating is hard now as I feel I may be on too high of does but this guy is ripping saying it’s just a rip off it doesn’t work and I’m just lying to myself and choosing a short cut. When instead I should be in a deficit without Reta and yes in a ideal world yes but we are not 😭😭

Reta help

So I see you can buy reta in like 20, 30, 40 and 60mg but once mixed it only lasts up to 1 month how do people take to much in that time I’m on 4mg per week if I got the 60mg it would take so long to take it all surly it would go off or lose affect just sitting mixed in the fridge, right?
