IELTS scores required to work in the US

I reckon I need at least an 8 in Speaking.

I’m currently a postgraduate student in the US. The entry requirement was an IELTS Overall score of 7.5, and I met that to get in. (R9, L8, S6.5, W7)

Ah, I know. My Speaking score was too low.

There are internship opportunities here, but my English is barely understood. Consequently, I didn’t get into the internship I wanted. Even when I lowered my expectations quite a bit, I still barely got accepted.

Well, what I’m trying to say is that an overall score of 7.5 is nowhere near enough for admission to a postgraduate programme abroad, isn’t it? Haha

Ways to boost My GF Libido

I know, there’s no magic solution.

But I (30, M) am really struggling… We’ve been together for three years. The first year was brilliant. She (26, female) was really keen on sex and we enjoyed it almost every day. It was like a dream.

Things started to go wrong in the second year. She began to make it blatantly clear she didn’t want sex. I had a serious talk with her, and she started saying that she didn’t actually like sex. As sex is important to me, I asked if there was any way we could improve things. She went to see a counsellor for a short while, but soon stopped going. She says she ‘has no libido’.

And now we’re in our third year. She goes through the motions of having sex, but once a week is the absolute limit. She won’t let me have sex any more than that.

I love her, and she loves me (probably). Even so, the truth is I want to have sex every single day.

Is there any way I can boost her sex drive? Should I consult a gynaecologist?

Hey. First off, I’ve got to say I absolutely hate condoms.(Sex with a condom isn’t exactly enjoyable for men, is it? Or is it just me?)

But I get why they’re necessary, so I’ve been having sex with one on.

My current girlfriend is on the 21 days pill. And we’ve both checked that we don’t have any STIs.

However, I’ve been asking her to let me have sex without a condom, she won’t budge, insisting that we absolutely must use one. Because it doesn’t completely prevent pregnancy.

Hey, is this normal?

To be honest, I’d much rather masturbate than have sex with a condom on.
