I was previously able to receive SMS messages to my number, but since I'm not receiving SMS messages to my current phone number, I can't respond to customer inquiries. I also can't create a ticket because I can't log in to my account. I kindly request that this be investigated.

Live support isn't even sure if the order will be delivered. They say they'll create a ticket for the order and get back to me within 3-5 days. Has anyone experienced a similar problem before?
