In the market for a new graphics card currently running a 1660ti oldie - considering a 5070 is this a good price? or a better different options? maybe a 5060ti >? all I play is cs2 and Forza 6 - tips, suggestions?

Newbie stating all my seeds inside this year
I’m in zone 6B so about another two weeks till I can move everything outside. My corn is showing yellow leaves and roots are starting to come out of the cell do I need to repot to a 4 inch or can I leave them for now ! That’s a lot of corn to repot (72 cell) not including everything else. I need to repot veggie wise or should I just go to the garden now direct ?
