I saw a few projects on MP that people have added trigger keepers to their cams. Anyone experiment with a few and have a favorite?

I'm building my first home wall soon! I also want to build some wooden holds! Do most people t-nut their walls? What's best practice for hold holes? 1 bolt hole and then countersink to prevent rotation?
