Trouble reaching Kyung Hee University Medical Center from abroad
Hi everyone,
I am trying to book an appointment from Germany with Dr. Jin-sik Beom from Plastic Surgery at Kyung Hee University Medical Center in Seoul, but I am getting complete radio silence. I already emailed both of their official international addresses, khmc.ghc@gmail.com and ghc@khmc.or.kr, but I received zero response. I know there is an official registration form, but since no contact has been established yet, I am holding back my sensitive data like my passport for now. Does anyone know why it is so hard to get a response via email, or if messages from abroad just hit a spam filter? Do they strictly ignore inquiries that do not include the completed registration form from day one? I noticed they also have a WhatsApp number, so if anyone has experience using that channel or has general tips on how to reliably reach their Global Healthcare Center, please let me know. Thanks!
