Can anyone review my channel. Its been less than 30 days and views have been low. I understand I need to give it sometime but I want to understand if I am doing something wrong or the progress I am seeing is expected

Hi Everyone
I have recently started a faceless channel as I need money. I have posted over 50 shorts and 3-4 long form since 22nd April. My sub count is inly 22 and I get 30-40 views on each short. My highlight was an Enron short which went to 1.2K views and a BYD long form which got 160 views.
I want to genuinely know if this will work. I am investing in tools that will take 5-10k a month for videos, editing, scripts etc.
I am okay to wait and be patient as long as there is a return down the line. I see people tell me they have monetisation in less than a year and all and I wanna check if it actually happens.
