I was driving the other day and both my belts shredded. After some inspection, I discovered that my water pump pulley sheared all Bolts off of it. I need to remove the fan but am unsure how to do so as I can’t pin the water pump to unthread the fan clutch with the pump pulley being broke. Any advice welcome.

So my fan clutch pulley sheared all bolts off, shredding my serpentine belt and making me think I have a bad water pump. I can’t figure out how to remove the fan with not being able to stick the fan clutch tool in the water pump pulley. Any advice is appreciated.
