Says Membership expiring soon when I’m not canceling?

So I got an email for a ticket and it says “Membership Expiration Date: 06/30/2026”. I joined A-List less than a month ago so I’m signed up for the three month commitment well past June 30th. The monthly billing should be on the 15th so maybe it’ll fixed then. Has anyone else ever had this issue? I don’t want this to be an issue since I have Odyssey tickets on A-List.

How long will Pressure be in theaters?

It's a smaller release that's getting overshadowed unfortunately. I think it'd be cool to see it on D-Day but I'm not sure if there will be showtimes by me next weekend. Only three of seven theaters by me are showing it though they have 4-5 showtimes every day. Do I take the risk and wait or should I see it this weekend?

Best places to watch NBA Finals on LI?

Looking primarily in Eastern Nassau and Western Suffolk. Nothing too expensive and nothing that won't be sold out days in advance. I know this could be difficult because the entire state is gonna be watching this.

How much would Netflix's Fall 2025 releases have made if they had wide releases?

I'm going to focus on the four biggest: Frankenstein, Train Dreams, Jay Kelly, and Wake Up Dead Man. Also, my predictions are if Netflix cared about promoting these films and if they played in 3000+ screens.

I'm going to start off with Train Dreams, it wasn't a bad idea to focus on streaming for it. It didn't cost much (reported bought for "high-teen millions") so breaking even wasn't an impossibility. That said, it's an original drama without much star power, so I can't imagine it gaining all that much traction. $4M OW/$12M DOM/$19M WW.

Jay Kelly is a wildcard to me. It has star power with George Clooney and Adam Sandler, but it's an original drama. Additionally, the critical acclaim was not super high and while it is a nice film to watch, it's nothing too spectacular. But maybe this would be an exception to the rule. $15M OW/$46M DOM/$80M WW

Frankenstein had a lot of potential. Yes, there's been a lot of Frankenstein movies recently, but this one definitely seems the most serious and well-made in this Frankenstein resurgence. If it had a wide release around Halloween, I think it would've done very well. Would it have broken even? It would need to make about $300M so it could not get there. Would it have done well and been a bit more memorable? Yes. I think for awards it was hurt by it going straight to streaming. It made it go away quicker, and also, a lot of people weren't able to appreciate it as much on their TVs. This could've been a real hit but Netflix didn't care about promoting it in theaters during its limited release. $41M OW/ $135M DOM/$320M WW

Finally, we get to Wake Up Dead Man. This has the highest floor, being part of a franchise that had a successful beginning. How this would've done is another question but I imagine it would've at least matched the original Knives Out. That said, the franchise isn't super relevant but always gets enough people to watch. I think it definitely could've done well, and the budget may have been a bit smaller if it was meant for theaters. $55M OW/$175M DOM/$410M WW

So maybe streaming wasn't the worst option for these films, but I would've preferred all of these on the big screen. Leave your predictions below.

How intense is Obsession?

I’m not the biggest horror guy (bit of a wimp) but I’ve heard great things about Obsession so I’m interested. I’m fine with gore, but jump scares don’t sit super well with me. That said I got through Send Help and Us easily so I can definitely take some horror. I just don’t want to see this and hate it because horror just isn’t my thing.

Update: I’m gonna see it. I watched Hereditary in a dark room alone and it was fine, not a perfect comparison but I at least know what I’m getting myself into. Should enjoy this one.
