How hard is it to maintain an 80's LeSabre?

To preface, I do not own a car yet and I'm wondering if a vintage fifth, maybe fourth generation LeSabre with 120-200k miles on it is a BAD first car (especially since I don't have a ton of experience with cars)

I've heard the LeSabre is easy/cheap to maintain, and fairly reliable, so I had three questions.

  1. Is it actually easy to maintain? I'm not completely ignorant about cars, but I also don't have a ton of experience. Could I figure it out with YouTube?
  2. How cheap is it to maintain? Part of the reason I'd like to get this car is because it's very cheap used. If I have to spend a couple thousand a year to maintain it, it isn't really worth it.
  3. Is it actually reliable, or reliable for a vintage car?

Hair is not growing on the front.

I haven't grown my hair longer in a while, I'm trying to get some kind of a flow cut going, but I've noticed the hair way in the front barely grows. The sides and top are great, pretty long without any thinning. The front is also thick, just much shorter and a little bit wispy. Id say the front is about 2-3 inches while the sides and top are like 6. Is this normal?

My work is quality, and sometimes the prompts are very simple, and I can address them quickly. Sometimes I finish at like 15 minutes out of the hour. Can I get flagged for rushing?
