Dental care?

How do you help yourself brush your teeth / be okay at the dentist?

The feeling of something moving in my mouth sUcks but I’ve learned to live with brushing my teeth when I feel like I can. But every time I go to a dentist (different/the same it doesn’t matter) I have a significant amount of cavities to be filled—and that entire experience is everything I hate 😫

I have only really tried manual toothbrushes. The “flossing toothbrush” that everyone is obsessed with feels like it helps but I’m not sure. I did try the quip toothbrush once but it didn’t help my cavity problem. Flossing is my biggest issue 🤢 and a waterpick is Big Wet
