Looking for a 2 ton ac , budget of maximum 60k planning to buy in emi , Room : Hall + open kitchen of size 290 sq.feet with balcony on one side ,chennai heat ,Need Ac with no problems for long run.. Is these good ? From my learnings -

• this Panasonic AC has nearly 1.9 ton actual capacity but 3 star rating
• this carrier ac has 5 star rating but 1.7 ton actual capacity

Which one to choose from the two or Any other suggestions?
