Help! I am terrible at diagnosing electrical stuff and I am not sure where to look.
I have a 2018 ST1 and I have no brake lights coming from either of the taillights. I have new bulbs on both sides, the running lights work on both sides, and the third brake light works just fine. The fuse is also totally fine (fuse 21?).
I am not really sure what to check next and I may need some guidance on how to check some things.
I have been researching long enough and I am finally ready to upgrade my grinder. With the Eureka sale at Clive’s, I am pretty sure I am going to get the Mignon Oro.
However, I am wanting to make sure I am not missing anything before pulling the trigger. I am pretty set on getting a single dose setup. Admittedly, I absolutely love the process of making espresso, but I definitely don’t have a great palate and I don’t think I would benefit from changing burrs or needing something ultra consistent. Especially considering my wife and I exclusively make milk drinks.
I have dug into the idea of getting something like a Philos or a Z1. While I think they look really cool and I can technically afford one, I really think their benefits would be wasted on me. For what’s it’s worth, I have ~$3k budget for machine and grinder.
I think I have narrowed my search to the Mignon Oro, Mignon Zero 65, DF83V, or the Timemore 078S.
What are your thoughts on these? Am I missing anything that I should consider instead?
