I've made it this far, but now what?

I bought this a few months ago and of course the roots were all rotten except for this one long one (I wasn't sure really) that I left on, and it had red spider mites. After trimming all the dead roots and getting it mite free, I put it where it will live permanently to get itself acclimated and I started misting it once a week. After several weeks of not showing any new root growth I researched and discovered that Kelp Meal is good for jump starting new root growth. I started soaking the stem (where u would expect roots to form) in a diluted kelp and water for 20 mins once a week. These pictures show how much root development formed after two weeks...AMAZING! I highly recommend this Kelp! Now I'm at the point where the orchid is very thirsty and I don't know how to rehydrate it. The leaves are very thin and pliable and it's already used up probably three of it's leaves for energy and I'm scared I'm going to lose a few more in this process so I'm thinking if I can hydrate it some, then I won't lose as many as I would if I don't rehydrate it 🤷‍♀️ This is my first orchid and I've never seen one variegated before so I'm absolutely in love with it so I'd love to see it thrive. Please help me hydrate this thing! Any advice is welcome here because I really don't know what I'm doing lol! Thank you in advance! Fyi, I also posted on r/plantcare. FINISHED.
