I built KrampusRadar, a free app that shows Krampus and Perchten parades (a traditional Austrian folklore event) on a map, lets you save favorites, and sends push reminders before events start. It's already live on iOS and I'm now getting the Android version ready for full release.

I need 12+ testers to join the closed testing track before Google allows a production release — that's the only reason for this post, no growth hacking involved.

You only need:

- A Google account (Gmail)

- Join this Google Group with one click to become a tester: https://groups.google.com/g/krampusradar-android-testers

- Then open this link and tap "Install": https://play.google.com/apps/testing/at.krampusradar.app

- Install via Google Play Store and just poke around for a few minutes — map, favorites, login, dashboard, design, functionality

- Optional but appreciated: any bugs or rough edges you notice

Heads-up: the app itself is in German only (it's specific to Austria), but not relevant to testing the app.

No payment, no data resale, no spam — just need real accounts to satisfy Google's testing requirement. Happy to answer questions here or by DM.

Ich bräuchte mal ein ehrliches Feedback von Leuten, die Zeiterfassungen im Unternehmen machen müssen (speziell Gastro und Pflege).

Ein Kumpel von mir führt ein kleineres Restaurant und versinkt gefühlt jede Woche im totalen Chaos mit Dienstplänen und Zeiterfassung. Aktuell läuft das meiste über eine komplett unübersichtliche Excel-Tabelle. Am Monatsende sitzt er dann stundenlang da und rechnet die Stunden für die Lohnverrechnung zusammen, damit alles mit dem KV (Teildienste, Ruhezeiten usw.) passt.

Die großen Programme am Markt fallen für ihn irgendwie flach – entweder sündhaft teuer, komplett überladen für ein kleines Team oder sie checken die österreichischen Gastro-Regeln einfach nicht richtig.

Weil ich Softwareentwickler bin, hat mich jetzt der Ehrgeiz gepackt. Ich hab die letzten Wochen angefangen, nebenbei an einem Prototyp für meinen Kumpel zu basteln. Eigentlich ein ganz einfaches, schlankes Ding, wo die Mitarbeiter einfach über ein Tablet im Lokal oder am Handy ein- und ausstempeln und der Chef am Monatsende mit ein paar Klicks eine saubere Übersicht hat. Ohne den ganzen unnötigen Schnickschnack, der das nur kompliziert macht.

Bevor ich da jetzt aber noch mehr Freizeit und Nächte reinstecke, wollt ich mal die Realität abklopfen:

Wie wird das bei euch gelöst? Seid ihr auch noch bei Excel/Papier oder nutzt ihr schon irgendwelche Apps, die wirklich was taugen? Und was nervt euch bei dem Thema am meisten?
