I joined Sky Broadband about 5 months ago on the 900Mb package. I noticed faster packages are now available for a similar price. Does anyone know if Sky allows upgrades during a contract, or do you have to wait until renewal?

Looking for help if possible. I have been away from home for about a month and I came back to use my 476H and it no longer turns on. It is also not showing a power light when connected to a charger.
The device was kept safe and not been knocked in any way.
Has been well looked after. It was turned off correctly before I left.
Has the battery died? If anyone has had this happen before.
Appreciate any advice.
