This is my first post, so please be nice hahaha 😄❤️

I’m the founder of a new e-commerce brand operating across the beauty and fashion/apparel industries.

We previously used Amazon FBA, but pricing has become a bit of an issue for us. We’re now launching our own online store, while continuing to sell through eBay and other platforms.

Things are starting to grow, and after running a successful pre-order campaign through social media, we’re now at the stage where we need a reliable 3PL (third-party logistics) partner to handle our storage, pick & pack, and order fulfilment.

I’d love to hear from other business owners who have either:

• Started a new e-commerce brand and are currently looking for a 3PL
• Already use a 3PL to fulfil their orders
• Have experience moving away from Amazon FBA to their own fulfilment solution

I have friends with online businesses around the world who absolutely love using 3PLs because they don’t have to worry about renting and managing their own warehouse. They’ve also recommended a few 3PL providers here in Australia, including some they’ve had great experiences with and a couple they’ve suggested avoiding.

Before we make a decision, I’d really love to hear real experiences from Australian business owners.

What 3PL are you currently using?
What has your experience been like?
What do you wish you knew before choosing one?
And are there any 3PL providers you would highly recommend or avoid?

I’d also love to know if there are any Facebook groups, Reddit communities, or other social media groups where Australian e-commerce business owners regularly discuss fulfilment, logistics and growing their brands.

Any advice, recommendations or experiences would be hugely appreciated! 🙏
