CVR on average right now is 20% which is pretty good but it has dropped (was 33% before)

Our business has taken a hit with new competition that have been gaining like 40 5 star reviews in the past month
After reading their reviews, i know they are fake and are based in China
Any advice on what we could do to take them down?

Building something is much easier and better with others around you than just by yourself.

I'm UK based, selling a pet health PL brand in the US. Brand has been live for 2.5 months and generated $25k in revenue so far. A massive achievement for me as i actually started this without putting a penny in myself.
Otherwise, i manage 2 DTC brands that produce 7-8 figures a year and are now growing on Amazon with a 3rd brand we are launching which has a £800k spend behind it.
Learning every day and incredibly lucky to be in the position i'm in right now.
I currently run my own PL brand and manage 2 brands with one being launched soon with a £1million budget behind them.
Some agency owners i see manage 50+, 100+ brands at one time, how are you using your time to scale the management work as I feel like I don't have any time left
