I know everyone wants payback - however I would love to see Dems go in a different direction

While in Office, I want to see a Democratic President REDUCE and LIMIT the powers of the President

- It is obvious that the framers were unable to foresee the types of people we are voting into all branches of government and we need to close a ton of loop holes

- While the courts have (somewhat) helped in this space - it is obvious we can NOT depend on the President and or Congress to do the right thing

Thoughts ?

Before being diagnosed, I use to consume a fair amount of Protein to manage my weight and to maintain some muscle mass

Clearly there are a ton of studies out there that show Protein can impact meds
- I have found that I generally don’t have a problem w protein unless I am consuming Protein shakes during lunch
- And of course that shake was a pretty large component of my daily Protein intake

The above got me wondering if anyone has had any luck switching to a different type of Protein such as Casein protein ?

Clearly there have been a ton of examples when schools made the mistake of extending a head coach to prevent them from being considered for comparable jobs. More times than not, their agents help them add more years & more money .... which creates these ugly buy outs

- Examples: Jimbo at A&M (who had already signed a 10 year deal before being extended), Tucker at MSU, Franklin at PSU and Norvell at FSU

- The list goes on and on .... head coaches that should not have been extended

My question - as you look back over the last 15 to 20 years, are there many examples where schools decided to not extend their HC, lost them to a comparable job and paid the price ?
