Hey everyone,

I just had my interview with LTIMindtree today for the role of Consultant - Package Implementation (SAP MM).

The interview was scheduled as a video call at LTM office and lasted only about 10 minutes. The interviewer was senior and was from the SAP S/4HANA practice specialist.

But here's what confused me he didn't ask me a single technical SAP question. He just asked:

- My introduction

- My work experience

- My internship and training details

That's it. Then he asked if I had any questions, and ended the call.

I'm a fresher with SAP MM certification and 3 months internship experience. I had prepared everything related but none of it came up.

Now I'm confused about:

1. Was this the HR round or technical round? (They didn't mention anything in mail which round is it)

2. Is 10 minutes normal or does it mean I got rejected quickly?

3. Has anyone had a similar experience with LTIMindtree for SAP/Package Implementation roles?

4. How long did it take to hear back after this kind of round?

Would really appreciate any inputs from people who've been through LTIMindtree's interview process. Thanks

I hv F2F interview scheduled. Its a entry level role. What questions can i expect. (I have 2yoe but not in SAP...I'm Fresher to SAP)..If you have any idea plz share

Applied for an SAP MM role at Deloitte India through a referral, but the portal (career44.sapsf.com) is blocking my application saying a duplicate CV already exists. The issue is that my referral contact had created a profile on my behalf earlier using my mobile number, and when I created my own account with a different email ID, the system flagged it as a duplicate because the mobile number matched. On top of that, the PAN number is also the same across both profiles since it's the same person — so the system is probably double-confirming the duplicate flag.

I already deleted the duplicate profile, but the system is still blocking my application. Now I can't apply to any Deloitte roles at all.

I've tried reaching out on LinkedIn to recruiters and HR contacts, but haven't gotten any response. There's no direct support number and the portal itself doesn't give any option to resolve or merge profiles.

Has anyone faced this on SuccessFactors / Deloitte's portal? How did you get it resolved? Was there a specific email ID or escalation path that actually worked?
