bdo credit card upgrade
hi, it’s my first time to upgrade credit card and i’m not sure how it works if may pendinb transactions pa using yung old card?
April 22 - got a text that im eligible for a card upgrade, i confirmed at the same day. indicated sa text na it will be processed by May 29.
May 11 - i booked something na pay later (sa July pa mababayaran)
May 20 - i booked a flight na supposedly June pa bayaran if susundan yung deadline ng old card
May 26 - i got a text again na upgraded na card ko. viewable na rin siya sa app tapos nawala na yung dating card
my questions are:
paano yung unpaid transactions from the old card? automatic ba siya lalabas if na-activate ko na yung new card or do i have to call bdo?
how long kaya yung delivery ng card? kasi i need to book something pa sana huhu
