Credits not refunded and Chats deleted suddenly after error on Venice

Hi All is anyone experiencing this and then not getting refunded credits?

Lastly yesterday Venice had a error come up and said browser error and crashed when I went back in I'd lost all my generations I did in that last half hour 4 of them,

So not only have I lost credits for failed generations I also lost a load for a error with Venice I tried emailing them but it's just a bit and it's been a few days now

I need help I've tried reporting issues to support and I have not received any response.

I brought 6000 credits yesterday and I used only 2000 suddenly I went back on the website and all my credits had gone. 4000 and no one is getting back to me I also was told failed generations you get your credits refunded that hadn't happened either so I'm down over 6000 credits I've sent screenshots and emails and yet to get a reply I'm strongly considering cancelling my Pro+ account as I've not received any response
