calorie deficit
hi! 24f, 5’1 sw: ~165lbs, cw: 149
for the last two weeks i’ve been stuck at 149 and it’s driving me crazy. i count my calories and i use the lose it app to track my meals and i’ve been going off of the calorie goal that lose it gives me.
i thought maybe it’s too many calories so i checked a tdee calculator and it said 1100 calories for my weight and to be in a deficit and i think that’s absolutely insane. right now, the lose it app says 1298 calories a day, and im usually there or under.
what can i do to break out of this plateau?
