Sage machine
Hi,
I recently purchased a Sage Barista Pro and I'm running into a couple of issues I'd love some help with.
First, the pre-infusion phase lasts about 10 seconds, so coffee only starts flowing after those 10 seconds have passed. Second, by the time I hit 25 seconds of extraction, I'm already at around 60ml, which is way too much volume for a proper espresso.
Grind size is 20 and grind time was 9 seconds which gave me about 16 a 17 grams coffee.
How can I fix these two issues? Any advice on grind size, dose, or machine settings would be greatly appreciated.
