Hi, these past few months I've been worried that I won't be able to fall asleep quickly at night. I'm afraid I won't be able to fall asleep and will have to wait all night until it gets light. I sleep well and rest well; is it normal for it to take me about an hour to fall asleep? Also, I'd like some advice for those nights when I don't fall asleep so quickly—any tips to help me avoid anxiety during the nights? im currently in medication and i eat at 4pm and take magnesium, also im trying to do today the salt baths
