I was looking at some of the claims and the amount that the court said that particular company had to pay and the attorneys get most of the settlement amount. Now is this the attorneys for the company or do the attorneys for the people who filed the lawsuit get some of this money? If that much of the settlement goes to attorney fees for the attorneys for the company that is complete BS hell it actually doesn't matter who's attorneys it is that amount is most of the settlement. I mean after the attorneys get their share there isn't a lot for the people that the lawsuit affected and that is absurd and something should be done about it. Certainly for example let's say Annie v Adidas (example) ok so court granted 4 million bucks and Adidas attorneys fees is 2 mill of that n other stuff so by time all people are paid there is only half a million for the people who filed claims. Now why is it that Adidas attorneys get so much money really they just negotiate with other sides attorneys and come to agreement that amount of money is ridiculous and really if you ask me if it's Adidas attorneys who get the fees who's to say that really the fees are way less but that amount is just put there so the company isn't really paying out that entire 4 million. Something isn't right about how much these attorneys are getting. I am going to start keeping track of settlements that have had final approval hearing and see what attorneys got cause damn there should be a claim filed for that alone...

I received a $3 off $10 or more coupon in my USPS mail yesterday. Jennifer Braun vs. Dolgencorp It has to be used on June 1 or 2 of this year. I just read that part ughhh.

I found my settlement notification from Taylor vs. Google in my SPAM folder just as others on here have said they received several settlement notifications in SPAM folder I have as well. This one was dated April 6th. It gave me a number and confirmation code and they just wanted to know what form of payment I wanted and I hit that button for payment and it asked for those 2 numbers they gave me and I selected my payment option which they said Check in mail, zelle,venmo, personal bank account,I believe the virtual payment and maybe PayPal.

So I took a screenshot but it is too tricky on my phone to include it in this post but basically if you meet the requirements which is mainly you cannot be in the Csupo vs Google lawsuit.

[req $75] Need loan will pay $100 back I feel as though the 26th is 18 days off so I will pay back that amount. My light bill is way higher than usual bc I had a friend and her kids stay with me for 3 weeks due to an unfortunate situation and more electricity and heat or A/C was used.

When I receive an email from a claim I did and its got a confirmation code and the other code and says if I need to edit my claim use those numbers and it shows my name, address,phone number email and most I've found in spam what exactly are these emails? Just confirmation that they received my claim? Ive not received a denial one or anything saying approved and some have already closed and final approval hearing has occurred. Does this mean just waiting on payment? Just curious is all

I posted earlier about waffle claim but I just went back and looked and the final approval hearing was February 13th. Claims had to be in by December 16th,25. So maybe soon we will hear something since final approval hearing was February 13th. I am going to go back and look for other Claims.

Anyone remember the waffle recall there was a settlement bc I filed and I looked and it had last court date was in December. Has anyone heard anything? There's another one I need to go back and check out but I hadn't seen nor heard anything about it just wondering?
