I can't put into words how much i hate barbers

My hairdresser is out of town. I started going to barbershops. 6 barbers. A whole year of bad haircuts. This picture is just an example of how bad they are. Idk if it's just my country's barbers or they are universally bad. But ill just try to cut it on my own with yt tutorials

I had to go to a new barbershop because my usual barber is out of town, and they left my hair like in the first picture. Now it’s like I can’t style it to the right anymore (like I always used to, as shown in the second picture). The only way it sits is forward, and I don’t like how that looks.

I know it’s not just because it’s shorter, because even when it was short before, with my usual haircut (like in the second picture), it would naturally fall to the right or back-right.

Why does this happen? What causes that effect where the hair only goes forward?

And how should it be cut so it naturally goes to the right again?

Honestly, I’d rather do it myself at this point, because ever since my barber left, the other barbers have been messing it up.
