What's the next step to correct my orange hair

My natural hair is curly (3b) and black.

I used black box dye and henna/indigo combo for about 2 years to cover the grays.

I bleached my hair twice:

Once 2 months ago where I use a box bleach from a drugstore. My hair snapped at the ends

And 3 weeks ago actually using bleach powder and a 20 vol developer (my hair didn't snap this time but felt like straw for about 2 weeks).

My goal is to go as close to the inspo photo as possible.

After that I will get a hair trim. I am afraid that it might snap seeing how dry is it now.
