Half off Roam with Free mini dish

Ok, so back in October 25 I like many others received the email for a free mini dish included with my residential max subscription with the standby offer being at $5/month but if activated I would get the $50 Roam 100 for half off, there was no mention on how long that would be or if I activate and then put it back on standby if that half off would still be a thing, very vague email with no links to TOS. So of course now they are hiking the prices of my residential max plan plus the standby and roam 100 plans respectively. My question is:

did anyone else get this 50% offer with their free mini?
if you did, did you activate and then put back on standby, and then reactivate at some point and still seeing the plan at 50% off?

So every time I pull into my driveway coming home I get a notification on my V1G2 that a KA band (34.728) sets off my detector, I launched dukes to be able to screenshot the frequency and I will include it here. The question is, what could cause this from my rural, the only thing that I think it might be is my Starlink actuated terminal setting off but from checking online that frequency seems not to coincide with Starlink. Any ideas?
