Starting Reta over Tirz post gastric bypass surgery

My girl has been dealing with some weight regain after her gastric bypass and wants to get back on track. She’s 5’1 and 175lbs right now, never tried any GLP-1s before. She had knee surgery like 1.5 months ago so she’s not super active at the moment (just PT stuff). I’m worried about muscle loss while cutting since she can’t train hard yet I’m currently on Tirz 2.5mg + Reta 1mg myself and it’s been going decent with the gym and high protein. Was thinking maybe she could run something similar, but not sure. I just know it will be super difficult to scarf down 130g protein What do yall think? should she start with Reta by itself (hoping the glucagon helps burn fat even with lower activity)? Or is it smarter for her to begin with low dose Tirz first since she’s post-bypass? Anyone here have experience with Reta after gastric bypass? Or stacking after surgery? Also, any tips for hitting decent protein with a tiny stomach + the appetite suppression? That seems like the hardest part. We’re both gonna stay in a deficit and do what movement she can.
