He will sometimes really get the zoomies on it, but just some leisurely strolling this evening. Our snowshoe girl totally ignores the wheel BTW. This is the One Fast Cat. These new pads seem to shed a lot more from his claws, so I’m needing to sweep a little more than the previous pads.

I started working with the hospital weight management program right after that photo was taken because I had prediabetes and my weight was at an all time high. I started Zepbound January 2024 and had to endure shortages. It took me 97 weeks to reach goal December 2025 and have been maintaining 148-150 since then. It took a long time but my last A1C is finally down to 5.3. BP has been averaging 110/70 mmHg. My husband has lost some weight too.

Workouts: Pilates and weight training each twice a week, Zumba, Zumba step ( used to teach step in the 90’s), and walking.

Happy birthday to our little girl. We adopted her when she was 6 from a rehoming situation. We found old vet records that said today is her birthday.

She’s very tiny but very loud. 🚨She had radioactive treatment for hyperthyroidism two years ago and has done well since then with no medication. We have loved her every day.

Her flamepoint brother is 7 years old.

Wow what an incredible evening. Had great seats I got as part of the travel package. So awesome to see Geddy and Alex in fine form and having fun, and Anika was even more amazing than I could have imagined. I tried not to watch too much video beforehand not to spoil the surprise. Great setlist as well. Nice to be back in NYC. We were also celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Glad the rain cleared out in time for the show.

I just got this new wrap/diamond enhancer for our 20th anniversary today. From Jared. It also can work with my other bands like my rose gold 10th anniversary band. I tried on a good variety of single curved and other wraps, and I just liked the unique beauty of the vine look, and it really works well with my 3-stone engagement ring.

Edit: on my wedding day I had OPI Passion nail color so i had to get it again.

I read here TSA looks at something like your eyes and nose but I wanted an ID that looks like me. We go to a lot of concerts where I need to show ID. I also had to get a new passport photo for renewal so I did both the same day . In my state we have to do new photos in person so I kept refreshing the schedule to get an appointment. I was able to do my work ID a few months back.

Here are my photos from the Peace Center downtown Greenville SC. We bought these tickets before the outdoor show in Kannapolis NC was announced which is closer to us. It was a pretty early night with a 7:30 start and ended 8:45, 15 songs. Oh well we watched the Stanley Cup finals at the hotel. I think RTZ got in the elevator with us as we were heading to dinner earlier(not in our CT shirts yet). We know they are getting up there so we will see them while we can and appreciate the opportunity.
